1. All Customers and drivers must:

1. be aged over 21 years and under 86 years of age.
2. have held a full, valid UK or EU driving licence applicable to the Vehicle for at least the last 12 months. 
3. have not accumulated more than 9 penalty points in the last 3 years, nor been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years. 
4. have notified the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) if they have any health condition or disability that may affect their ability to drive safely and must have obtained authorisation from the DVLA for them to drive.

2. All Customers and drivers must:

1. Provide a satisfactory original driving licence, of which the Centre will take and retain a photocopy.
2. Provide their National Insurance Number and home postcode and permit Saturn Cars to obtain and retain driving licence information from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) website.
   Alternatively visit https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk/driving-record/licence-number and supply Saturn Cars Ltd the check code.
3. Provide additional identity in the form of:
   1. A debit card or credit card; plus
   2. Current valid UK passport and utility bill dated within the last 6 months showing the Customer’s name and address matching the name and address on the driving licence, of which the Centre will take and retain a photocopy. 

3. Road Law

            1. All drivers must abide to the road laws, failure to do so will lead in them being reported to the authorities if requested.
            2. Drivers must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the test drive.

4. Insurance

1. You will be covered on our policy providing all the conditions above are met
2. A representative from Saturn cars is required in the passenger seat at all times during the test drive to validate the insurance.
3. You will be liable for £300 excess contribution should you have an “at fault” accident that results in a claim being made. 

5. General

            1. Saturn Cars Ltd can refuse to allow test drives without giving reason.
            2. You must sign the test drive agreement.
            3. Failure to agree to all of above will automatically make you not eligible to test drive our vehicles.
